After over a decade in corporate HR supporting C-suite leaders, developing global people strategies, and surviving the high-speed galaxies of finance, technology, and consumer goods. I felt something was missing: a more human lens.

I founded The Human Lens to reimagine what HR and talent support can feel like when it’s done with both intention and empathy. I’ve seen firsthand how people strategy can either unlock a company’s potential or quietly stall it. I’ve helped executives make tough calls, coached professionals through career-defining moments, and led transformational initiatives that put people at the center of business.

But I’ve also been the person in the layoff meeting. The one negotiating their worth. The one feeling stuck, underpaid, or undervalued. That dual perspective, corporate insight and lived experience is what makes my work different.
